In order to become a member, you must first agree to
the Terms. You may not become a member if you do not accept the Terms & Conditions.Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this
option is made available to you by MATRIX Investigative Agency and The Peace Of Mind Club in the membership enrollment form. In this case. You may not become a member and may not accept the
Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with MATRIX
Investigative Agency, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the
Services under the laws of the United States or other countries including the
country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services. Term of membership commitment one year (12) month. Early cancellation fees will apply, auto renewal will occur unless written notice of cancellation is received from member at least 30 days in advance of maturity of membership. You must be a member for at least 60 days prior to requesting an integrity check. Although every effort will be made to accommodate all service request, specific dates and times can only be guaranteed when requested a minimum of seven (7) days in advance. Integrity Checks are a maximum of three (3) hours. In the
event that additional hours of service are requested, membership entitles you
to a 20% discount. Membership entitles you to three (3) Integrity Checks per
year. Members may request additional checks at a discounted rate. Membership fees do not include applicable taxes. Additional hours beyond what membership provides may be warranted on some cases. Member will be responsible for all pre-approved expenses accrued by investigator during the course of the integrity check. In order to become a member, you may be required to
provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details)
as part of the enrollment process. You agree that any enrollment information you
give to MATRIX Investigative Agency will always be accurate, correct and up to
date. You agree to use member services only for purposes that are
permitted by any applicable law.You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that
MATRIX Investigative Agency has no responsibility to you or to any third party
for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences
(including any loss or damage which MATRIX Investigative Agency may suffer) of
any such breach. Before you continue, you should print off or save a
